Curtis Hagans and Joseph Wilson were convicted by a jury for violation of LSA-R.S. 14:62.2, simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling.1 Hagans was sentenced to six years and Joseph Wilson was sentenced to eight years, both sentences to be served without beneift of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence for the first year.
