STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Defendant-appellant, Ski World, Inc. (Ski World), appeals an interlocutory order of the Bartholomew Circuit Court denying its Motion to Dismiss. The Motion contends that because the dispute at issue involves a personal injury claim by an employee against her employer, the trial court lacks subject matter jurisdiction to hear the case. Ski World concludes that the Industrial Board, pursuant to IND. CODE 22-3-1-1 et seq....
