Appellant Citizens Security Mutual Insurance Company of Red Wing, Minnesota commenced this products liability action against respondents General Electric Corporation and Sim-Kar Lighting Fixture Company, Inc. based on its subrogation rights after paying $659,438.89 to its insureds, the nominal defendants here. Determining that the action was barred by the two-year statute of limitations, the trial court granted separate motions by respondents...
