Defendant was convicted by a jury of attempted second-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520c; MSA 28.788(3), MCL 750.92; MSA 28.287, and kidnapping, MCL 750.349; MSA 28.581. He was sentenced to twenty-five to forty years imprisonment for the kidnapping conviction and a concurrent three- to five-year term for the attempted CSC conviction, with credit for two hundred ninety-five days served. Defendant appeals as of right and we affirm.
