OPINION

FOLEY, Judge.

Appellant Provident Mutual Life Insurance Company brought this action against respondent Tachtronic Instruments, Inc. for rent due under a commercial lease. Following an order for judgment incorporating the special verdict returned by the jury, Provident moved for attorney's fees and both parties made post-trial motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial.
