GULOTTA, Judge.

Jeffery Lewis, indicted for violation of LSA-R.S. 14:30.1, second degree murder, was found guilty of manslaughter. Following a multiple bill hearing, the trial judge imposed a thirty-five year sentence.

We affirm.
