Defendant was convicted by a jury of one count of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree, MCL 750.520b(1)(a); MSA 28.788(2)(1)(a), and two counts of criminal sexual conduct in the second degree, MCL 750.520c(1)(a); MSA 28.788(3)(1)(a). He was subsequently sentenced to concurrent terms in prison of from fifteen to thirty years on the CSC I conviction and from six to fifteen years on each of the two CSC II convictions, with credit for 210 days already...
