The appellant, Paul Auriemme, was convicted after jury trial of three counts of sexual battery and one count of burglary of a dwelling with a battery therein. The alleged victim of the incident was a 22-year-old unmarried woman. The issue with which we are concerned on appeal was the refusal by the trial court to excuse two prospective jurors for cause during voir dire examination.
