Charles Costen Manning, III, appellant, was convicted in a jury trial of statutory forcible sodomy in violation of Code § 18.2-67.1. He was sentenced to twenty-five years in prison. The sole issue on appeal is whether the trial court erred when it refused to grant Manning's motion for a mistrial. Finding no error, we affirm.
