GARDNER, Judge:

Regal Leasing Company, Inc., (Regal) sued American Motorist Insurance Company (American) and Winston E. Walden (Walden) for breach of an insurance contract and misrepresentation. The trial judge granted summary judgment in favor of American. We affirm.
