These are petitions for the issuance of writs of habeas corpus filed by five persons incarcerated on convictions of criminal contempt.

On October 18, 1985, five individuals were sentenced at the Providence County Courthouse in a case entitled State v. Boston et al., W-2, 84-356, for convictions of malicious destruction of property arising out of antinuclear protests at the General Dynamics Trident Submarine Facility...
