SHORES, Justice.

Southern Housing Partnerships, Inc., appeals from a declaratory judgment entered against it in the Jefferson County Circuit Court. We affirm the judgment. The trial court's findings of fact are supported by the evidence, which was presented to the court ore tenus, and the court properly applied the law to those facts. We adopt the opinion of the trial court as our own.
