McDERMOTT, Justice.

Appellee, Bradley R. Baker, was convicted of two counts of violating the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act;1 possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance;2 and possession of a controlled substance.3 Prior to trial Baker filed a motion to suppress.
