White was indicted for intentionally aiding, abetting, and encouraging the commission of the murder of Little. McCord was indicted and tried for the actual murder, but was convicted only of voluntary manslaughter. This Court reversed that conviction, and on retrial McCord was acquitted. Thereafter, White filed a motion in limine, which was denied, seeking permission to introduce evidence of McCord's indictment and acquittal during her own trial. We...
