During labor negotiations the Green River Community College committed acts which were alleged to comprise an unfair labor practice. The Higher Education Personnel Board (HEP Board) held the acts were in fact an unfair labor practice. This decision was appealed by the college to the Superior Court, which dismissed as moot the substantive portion of the college's appeal. The court also remanded the HEP Board decision awarding attorney fees for reconsideration...
