These consolidated cases are before the court on the motion of defendant Salen Dry Cargo A.B. ("Salen") to vacate the arrest and attachment of $234,291.49 of its funds in the possession of garnishee, Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. by plaintiff Victrix Steamship Co., S.A. ("Victrix").
