McNair Plumbing, Inc. was incorporated in Iowa in 1976. David McNair and his wife are the sole shareholders, officers, and directors of the corporation. The business was operated out of the McNairs' home in Van Meter, Iowa. Until 1981, McNair Inc.'s business consisted of installing exterior residential water and sewer pipes in the Iowa counties surrounding Van Meter.
