BORDEN, J.

The defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction, after a jury trial, of sexual assault in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-70. The sole issue is whether the trial court erred in excluding the defendant's offer of evidence of the victim's reputation pursuant to General Statutes § 54-86f (4), which is the "constitutional rights" portion of the rape shield statute. We find no error.
