This is an action for the condemnation and forfeiture of an automobile brought by the State under the authority of Code 1975, § 20-2-93. Lester Pugh, a prospective purchaser of the car, used it to transport marijuana for sale while he had the car on loan from Metropolitan Toyota of Mobile.
