Defendant appeals as of right from a judgment entered pursuant to a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff for noneconomic losses sustained in a motor vehicle collision. Plaintiff obtained a judgment of $15,000, together with costs, interest and mediation attorney fees. We affirm.
