Defendant-Appellant Allen Wallace was convicted of child molesting, a class C felony, and incest, a class D felony, and was found to be an habitual offender at the conclusion of a jury trial in the Marion County Superior Court. He was sentenced to eight (8) years for child molesting, enhanced by thirty (30) years for the habitual offender finding, and four (4) years for incest, to be served concurrently...
