Walter Thomas was charged by bill of information with the illegal possession and intent to distribute Pentazocine in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967. Prior to trial the defendant filed a motion to suppress any physical evidence in the possession of the state. The motion was denied by the trial court. The defendant then entered a plea of guilty reserving his right to appeal pursuant to State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584...
