Arvida Corporation (Arvida), a developer, appeals the entry of a final summary judgment for plaintiffs/appellees Scott and Sabrina Barnett (the Barnetts) granting the Barnetts rescission of their agreement to purchase a home from Arvida and ordering a refund of their deposits.
