The appellee brought this action to recover damages for the appellant's breach of an alleged contract to sell him 5,000 bushels of soybeans. In this appeal from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of the appellee, the appellant contends that the trial court should have directed a verdict in its favor on the ground that the alleged contract was not in compliance with the UCC Statute of Frauds.
