MEMORANDUM OPINION

On January 11, 1983, the division of motor vehicles entered a default judgment revoking the defendant's driver's license and driving privilege. On June 29, 1984, police officers arrested the defendant after observing him driving his car in Concord. After a jury trial in Superior Court (Dickson, J.), the defendant was found guilty of driving a motor vehicle in New Hampshire after revocation of his license to drive or his driving privilege...
