W. Irving Shaw, of Krueger & Shaw, of Emporia, argued the cause, and Thomas A. Krueger, of the same firm, was with him on the briefs for appellant.

The opinion of the court was delivered by

LOCKETT, J.:

Judy Robinson, the owner of a retail liquor store, was convicted of furnishing intoxicants to a minor in violation of K.S.A. 21-3610. On appeal, Robinson claims (1) that to be found in violation of K.S.A. 21-3610, the State must prove that she had knowledge of the age of the minor, and (2) that K.S.A. 21-3610 is unconstitutionally vague and overbroad.
