Appellants, Cooperative Power Association and United Power Association, appeal from that part of a judgment granting respondents attorney's fees and costs of $340,450.84, following appellants' dismissal of condemnation proceedings. Appellants argue that the trial court misconstrued Minn.Stat. § 117.195, subd. 2 (1982) by awarding fees to counsel who represented a nonprofit corporation, Southern Landowners' Alliance of Minnesota...
