ARNONA v. ARNONA

No. CA-5024.

497 So.2d 9 (1986)

Frank J. ARNONA, Sr. v. Lorraine Terrell ARNONA.

Court of Appeal of Louisiana, Fourth Circuit.

October 9, 1986.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Adelaide Baudier, Metairie, for plaintiff-appellee Frank J. Arnona, Sr.

Martin A. Welp, New Orleans, for defendant-appellant Lorraine T. Arnona.

Before GULOTTA, KLEES and BYRNES, JJ.

KLEES, Judge.

This appeal stems from an eviction proceeding in Second City Court which resulted in appellant being ordered to vacate certain premises owned by appellee. Appellant has failed to assert, either in her brief or her petition, any specific grounds for appeal. Appellee contends that because appellant has not specified any errors on the part of the trial court, the appeal is frivolous.
