GUNTHER, Judge.

Karen Evrard appeals from her sentence in which the trial court departed from the recommended guidelines sentence. We reverse, and we remand for resentencing in accordance with the guidelines.

The appellant plead nolo contendere to vehicular homicide. Her guidelines scoresheet totaled sixty-six points, with a recommended sentence of any non-state prison sanction. The trial judge departed from the recommended guidelines sentence on three grounds...
