This appeal arises from appellant's petition for postconviction relief in the district court for Dodge County. Appellant, Robert Lofquest, was found guilty in a jury trial of first degree assault. A motion for new trial assigned as error statements made during trial by the prosecutor concerning defendant's postarrest silence. Appellant's motion for new trial was denied.
