This is an appeal by Northwood Nursing Care and Convalescent Home, Inc. (Appellant) from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County (trial court) which denied Appellant's petition for leave to file an application for exemption of taxes nunc pro tunc. We affirm.
