Armed with a handgun, Randy Earle Jordan forced several employees at a fast-food restaurant to give him their employer's money. Jordan was found guilty of two counts of robbery and two counts of using a firearm in the commission of a felony. This appeal concerns whether Jordan's convictions and multiple punishment in a single proceeding for two robberies violate the double jeopardy clauses of the federal and state constitutions.
