This was a criminal proceeding in which the appellant, Roger Lee Weikle, was charged in an information with five felony counts of escape, attempted escape, use of a weapon in the commission of attempted escape, first degree false imprisonment, and use of a weapon in the commission of a first degree false imprisonment.
