On December 21, 1982, Mary Colaric filed suit in the municipal division of the circuit court against Gail P. Norstrom, alleging that Norstrom was the father of Colaric's daughter Gail Elisabeth Colaric. The parties entered into a settlement agreement, and the trial court incorporated the agreement into its order dismissing the case. Norstrom subsequently filed a petition for a rule to show cause...
