MONTEMURO, Judge:

This is an appeal by the Commonwealth from the judgment of sentence entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County by which appellee was sentenced to twenty-two months to five years imprisonment followed by five years probation for aggravated assault1 (with credit for approximately eleven months time served), and a consecutive term of five years probation, for possession of an instrument of crime.
