PER CURIAM.

Arthur and Melva Heim appeal the decision of the district court for Kimball County determining that the district court lacked jurisdiction to hear Heims' motions to declare a purchase at a sheriff's sale abandoned and to obtain an accounting. This case is another aspect of Travelers Indemnity Co. v. Heim, 218 Neb. 326, 352 N.W.2d 921
