Plaintiffs commenced this action on June 11, 1981, against the principal defendants, and other defendants who are no longer parties to this suit, to recover for injuries suffered by plaintiff Carolyn Reaver and by her infant daughter, Laura Reaver, when they were struck by a motorcycle owned by the principal defendants, Leroy and Patricia Westwood and their son Joseph Reott.
