These three appeals arise out of a dispute over the partition of approximately 232 acres of land located in Rockbridge County. In May 1971, Fred M. Sensabaugh, Sr. died intestate, seized of the real property here in dispute. He left a widow, who was his second wife, Agnes Campbell Sensabaugh, and two sets of children.
