On May 22, 1984, plaintiff, Ernestine Crawford, as personal representative of the estate of Costello Crawford, deceased, filed a medical malpractice suit against Doris B. Ostrowski, the personal representative of the estate of Arthur Ostrowski, M.D., deceased.
