Plaintiff National Properties Corporation appeals from adverse judgment on jury verdict in an action based on an alleged oral agreement by defendants Polk County and Polk County Drainage Administrators, District # 51, to compensate plaintiff for the fair market value of plaintiff's property taken for drainage purposes.
