Presently before the court is a motion for summary judgment filed by Kerr Glass Manufacturing Corporation (Kerr Glass) which has been brought into this action as an additional defendant by Armstrong World Industries, original defendant (designated in this case as Armstrong Cork Company, hereinafter Armstrong).
