The issues for consideration are whether the defendant, Fred V. Boccella ("Boccella"), should be held in contempt for his delay in complying with the terms of our May 5, 1986, order which authorized the sale of the assets of the debtor, Edgehill Nursing Home, Inc. ("Edgehill"), and whether Boccella's appeal of said order was filed in bad faith. For the reasons set forth below, we find that Boccella was in contempt...
