Eugene Olson brought this action to reform an insurance policy to provide underinsured coverage after his daughter was severely injured in an automobile accident. Illinois Farmers stipulated for purposes of summary judgment that it breached a tort duty owed to Olson to explain and offer underinsured coverage.
