PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal in a proceeding under the Workmen's Compensation Act, Neb. Rev.Stat. §§ 48-101 et seq. (Reissue 1984).

The plaintiff, Roy Evans, was injured on April 21, 1977, while employed as a truckdriver by the defendant. The accident occurred when the plaintiff caught his left foot on a pallet and fell, injuring his left knee. The plaintiff commenced this action on July 23, 1984.
