The defendant assigns error to the court's refusal to dismiss the case on the ground of insufficiency of the evidence. There was evidence from which the jury could find that the defendant was driving an automobile in the vicinity of the place where the armed robbery occurred with the intention of aiding the robber in his escape. The jury could also find that the defendant picked the robber up in his automobile a few minutes after the robbery and did aid...
