After a third trial, the defendant Young stands convicted of the second degree murder of James ("D.J.") Walker and Leonard Walker.1 The facts which the jury could have found from the Commonwealth's evidence are essentially the same as those described in detail in Commonwealth v. Young, 382 Mass. 448, 449-453 (1981).
