The Neillsville Bank (Bank), by Frank Vazquez, has brought a motion requesting the court to prohibit the debtors from using proceeds. Ewald and Dorothy Reetz were divorced on February 14, 1986. The debtor, Ewald Reetz, now appears by Howard White and contests the Bank's motion. The debtor also motions the court pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1121 requesting an extension of time to file a plan of reorganization...
