Appellants Donald and Signe Bergeson sued respondent United States Fidelity & Guaranty Insurance (USF & G), the workers' compensation carrier of Donald Bergeson's employer, for intentional obstruction of workers' compensation benefits under Minn.Stat. § 176.82 (1984).
