GRANT, Justice.

Defendant, Stanley R. Huffman, appeals his conviction, after a jury trial, on two charges of burglary and one charge of aiding in the consummation of a felony. Defendant was found to be a habitual criminal at a hearing held after his conviction. The sentences imposed, as enhanced by the habitual criminal statute, Neb.Rev.Stat. § 29-2221 (Reissue 1979), were 10 to 25 years for each burglary and 10 to 25 years for the felony of aiding in the consummation...
