The petitioner appeals from a judgment dismissing his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The sole relief sought in the petition was the reinstatement of an appeal which he had withdrawn in connection with a plea bargain agreement. The issue to be resolved is whether the trial court hearing the habeas corpus petition erred in concluding that the withdrawal of the appeal was done knowingly, intelligently...
